A Located just past Sunny Side on Lake Tahoe’s West Shore this quiet neighborhood is known for it’s charm and many “old Tahoe” homes. Nice level area with easy access to the west lake Blvd and the bike path to Tahoe City. A mix of local residents and second homes.
